This celebratory pile of edibles was cheaper than any birthday cake could have been, took a fraction of the time to make, and everyone loved it!
Its layers of papaya, banana and pear with lots of orange juice, the cream is avo blended with a whole, skinned orange and dates, the crumbles are dried banana. Theres also some grenadilla on top of the cream, somewhere.
